About the Position
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to play a critical role in our daily operations. As a Dispatcher, you will ensure that all routes are filled, provide timely instructions to bus operators, and respond to inquiries from both customers and team members. If safety, customer service, and teamwork are your priorities, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily service, ensuring all assigned routes are filled and operate on schedule.
- Track trip performance metrics, including on-time performance, incidents, and route efficiency.
- Provide customer support, responding to questions about trips, no-shows, cancellations, and missed trips.
- Act as a liaison between operators and emergency services during urgent situations.
- Review route performance data and proactively address service challenges to maintain high-quality customer transportation services.

Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in dispatching, transportation, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness.
