Zur Unterstützung unseres Engineering Teams suchen wir dich als Analyst, IT Operations (a) für unseren Flex-Standort in Hägglingen, Schweiz.

In dieser Rolle berichtest du an den Head of IT und stellst sicher, dass alle betrieblichen Prozesse & Verfahren, IT-Dienste, Systeme und Infrastruktur den Geschäftsanforderungen entsprechen.

So sieht ein typischer Tag aus:

• Planung, Implementierung und Wartung von Netzwerkinfrastrukturen (LAN, WLAN, VLAN);
• Verwaltung von AD, GPO, DNS- und DHCP-Servern;
• Überwachung und Optimierung von Server- und Speicherlösungen;
• Scripting zur Automatisierung von Prozessen und zur Verbesserung der Effizienz;
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Konzern-IT in verschiedenen Bereichen, um Lösungen und Strategien abzustimmen;
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Unternehmensstandards und Best Practices in allen technischen Bereichen;
• Dokumentation von Systemkonfigurationen und Arbeitsabläufen;
• Mitarbeit in Projekten und Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams im Unternehmen;
• Unterstützung und Schulung von Lehrlingen im Rahmen ihrer Ausbildung;
• Übernahme der stellvertretenden Verantwortung des Head of IT in Abwesenheit.

Die Erfahrung, mit der wir unser Team verstärken wollen:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation;
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerkarchitekturen und -protokollen (Cisco/Aruba);
• Erfahrung mit Server- und Storage-Technologien (VMware);
• Scripting-Fähigkeiten (z.B. Python, PowerShell);
• Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten;
• Fliessende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift:
• Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft, als Ausbilder für Lehrlinge zu fungieren.
