To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Business System Analyst located in Shah Alam, Selangor.

What a typical day looks like:

• Providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, writing the specification, and working with Enterprise Architect as well as Solution Manager to meet customer and site needs

• Determine required improvements on the systems, supervising its correct implementation to meet customer's requirements

• Assist with the determination of methods and procedures on new assignments

• Write functional and technical specifications for developers

• Use skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways

• Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

• Communicate work progress and all (work related) pertinent information in an accurate and timely manner to the Team Lead and Project Manager.

• Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions to improve operations and processes efficiency.

• Research, design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customer's requirements.

• Deployment of Flex standard applications

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Relevant educational background in Information Technology or Computer Science

• Minimum 5 - 7 years of working experience as an analyst working or deployment in a BaaN5/Infor LN or other ERP environment.

• Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills. Demonstrates advanced skills in functional/ technical area.

• Experience in ERP, logistic processes, supply chain in the manufacturing industry

• Able to work well on projects with tight timelines and manage a small team of key users.

• Basic SQL and knowledge in business applications

• Good understanding of systems and functionalities in place.

• Willing to travel at least 1-2 times a month
