To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an [ Commodity Sourcing ] located in [Shanghai 上海嘉定].

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

• Collaborate with global teams to drive and enhance EDM globalization strategy and governance.
• Ensure effective EDM globalization implementation across all Embedded Power production sites.
• Optimize EDM management at Embedded Power sites, with a focus on material selection optimization and cost competitiveness.
• Support PCB raw material reservation and execution for NPI projects, ensuring timely availability and risk mitigation.
• Manage Putty and Glue commodities for the Jiading site, including:
  • Preferred Supplier List (PSL) management
  • Supplier performance monitoring and continuous improvement
  • Collaboration with R&D on component selection activities
  • Support R&D on new component introduction and qualification
  • Joint development of new suppliers with R&D and SQE teams
• Lead VPA (Volume Price Agreement) price negotiations for Putty and Glue at the Jiading site.
• Work closely with ALT and P8 teams to drive localization strategies for Putty and Glue.
• Manage customer test boards for Power Module programs, ensuring alignment with project and customer requirements.

Here is some of what you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
• 3–6 years of experience in materials, supply chain, commodity management, or NPI support within electronics manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience supporting EDM or material governance at site level.
• Familiar with PCB materials, component selection support, and supplier coordination.
• Exposure to PSL maintenance, supplier performance tracking, and price negotiation support.
• Good English communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams.
