Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Design Hardware Development Engineer located in Aguascalientes

Example: Reporting to the Equipment Maintenance Manager, Design Hardware Development Engineer role involves working on the automated request for the Xylem Poseidon project and special tools for the complete process across the project. Conducts analysis, design, evaluation, modification and implementation of the automated process across several segments. Plans and directs studies of potential automation projects and prepare design proposals to reflect cost, time, and alternative actions to satisfy existing and future needs of the corporation.

What a typical day looks like:

• Support Special Test / Pass-Fail Automated Equipment final product.
• Programs and Functional Test for new products or ongoing products.
• Programs and troubleshoot automated machines / equipment according to the customer requires and product specification.
• Analyses, detects, identifies, and corrects manufacturing problems and deficiencies
• Provides technical support for clients and business along with product knowledge as required, during show

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Advanced English Skills, fluid conversation
• Bachelor or Engineering degree
• Junior Experience background as Integrator in Automation Environment
• Experience minimum with PLC (Allen Bradley / Mitsubishi) Advanced Programming, HMI's, Labview, & “C” programming.
• Experience minimum Industrial Robots (FANUC / YAMAHA / ABB) Intermediate & Cartesians Basic Knowledge.
• Experience in Vision System Programming (KEYENCE / COGNEX) Advanced
• Lean Basic Tools knowledge
• Experience with Robots and Vision Systems.
