Summary:
The “ Senior Automation Developer ” will be based in Pune , reporting to Manager
.
What a typical day looks like-
Design, develop, and deploy RPA automation solutions using UiPath to automate finance and operational processes.
Analyze business processes and convert them into scalable automation workflows.
Build and maintain automation support applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET / .NET Core).
Integrate automation solutions with ERP systems, databases, APIs, and enterprise applications.
Support and enhance existing UiPath bots, web applications, and analytics solutions in production environments.
Troubleshoot automation failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement performance improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, IT teams, and automation architects to deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure adherence to automation governance standards, coding best practices, and documentation requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation including solution design documents and operational runbooks.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to expand automation adoption and improve operational efficiency.
Experience we are looking to add to our team
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
7 – 10 years of experience in automation development, RPA, or enterprise application development.
Automation / RPA
Strong hands-on experience in UiPath development and deployment
Experience building end-to-end automation workflows
Experience with UiPath Orchestrator for bot deployment and monitoring
Knowledge of automation best practices, exception handling, and bot optimization
Experience integrating bots with databases, web applications, and enterprise systems
Backend Development
Strong expertise in C#, .NET / ASP.NET / .NET Core
Experience building Web APIs and backend automation services
Good understanding of SQL Server and database integration
Web / Application Development
Experience developing internal web applications or automation utilities
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and REST APIs, Boot Strap
Analytics & Reporting (Preferred)
Exposure to Tableau or similar analytics tools
Ability to build dashboards and reports to track automation performance and operational metrics
Additional Advantage
Experience working with finance process automation
Experience working in an Automation CoE or digital transformation environment
Exposure to Power Automate or workflow automation tools
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
