To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, this Summer, we're looking to add a Employer Brand Intern located in our San Jose, CA site.

Reporting to the HR Project Manager, the student will will work closely with our global employer brand and talent acquisition teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance Flex's reputation as a top workplace.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various channels, including social media, blog posts, and external profiles, to highlight our company culture, values, and employee stories.
  • Employee Storytelling: Interview employees to gather stories about their experiences, challenges, and successes at Flex.
  • Craft compelling narratives from these interviews, using various formats (e.g., written articles, quotes, videos).
  • Employer Branding Campaigns: Support the development and implementation of employer branding campaigns, including targeted messaging and visual assets.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze market trends and talent competitors to identify opportunities for improvement and refine our employer branding strategy.
  • Attend team meetings and support project work as needed

Student qualities we're seeking for this internship assignment:

  • Bachelor student currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, English)
  • Strong interest in employer branding, social media, and digital marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative and innovative thinking
  • Proficiency in or experience working in Canva highly desired
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
  • Previous internship experience a plus!

Internship Program Requirements:

  • Available to work 40 hours/week (in-person) for 10-12 week Summer assignment
  • Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university
  • 3.0 minimum GPA
Pay Range (Applicable to California) $18.20 USD - $25.02 USD Hourly Job Category InternRelocation: Not eligible
