To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a HR Advisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, HR Advisor role involves responsible of driving solutions and actions for the business, employees, and HR teams by utilizing systems, tools, and data. Provide data and information analysis to help solve HR issues, ensuring these adhere to the organizations policies and objectives. Offer high-quality and timely support to employees, centers of expertise, managers and HRBP´s regarding HR matters.
What a typical day looks like:
- Close contact with partners (HRBP) in activities related to global HR processes.
- Information analysis.
- Follow-up on transfers
- Promote and enable the self-service delivery model.
- Facilitate insights and data intelligence for critical decision making.
- Owners of key HR data.
- Process execution under operational metrics (adhered to the standard operating procedures, meeting with the service level agreement)
- Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor's degree.
