To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a HR Generalist located in Salt Lake City, UT.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Generalsit will in charge of implementing HR programs and providing hold up to business client with respect to all people issues in order to hold up the growth and profitability of the business.
What a typical day looks like:
- Collaborates with managers on HR strategies, focusing on identifying talent needs, diverse recruiting methodologies, and talent development to support business goals such as employee engagement and workforce planning.
- Advises site management on talent matters, providing insights on data trends, employee policies, and developing action plans that align with organizational objectives.
- Assesses management capabilities, mentors managers, and guides Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion initiatives to foster a safe and supportive environment for a diverse workforce.
- Participates in site and corporate projects, contributing to process improvements, change management, and upholding the organization's Flex Culture and Ways of Working.
- Manages the employee life cycle activities, develops local recruitment programs, counsels management on policy interpretation, and crafts initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience and training.
- 6 – 12 months of experience Human Resources or related experience.
- Current Flex work experience
- Demonstrates ability to protect and maintain data privacy. Good communication skills and excellent relational skills.
- Demonstrates a general knowledge of functional concepts and a rudimentary comprehension of Flex policies and procedures.
