Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an HR Project Manager located in Guadalajara, North/South Campus.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, WW HR PMO Actions the HR Project Manager role is responsible for establishing a Program Management Office that drives the HR Organizational Strategy aligned to Enterprise Goals, through the implementation of project management best practices in a way that encourages collaboration, standardization, and overall delivery of project benefits.
What a typical day looks like:
- Coordinates projects of varying degrees of complexity from design and development to production.
- Interacts frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and individual contributor groups.
- Create and maintain project charters, plans, schedules, and budgets in a Cross-Functional team environment.
- Create communication plans and deliver project status updates.
- Performs feasibility and needs/impact assessments.
- Defines resources (and resource allocation) and implementation schedule.
- Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
- Monitors project progress, timelines, and budget constraints to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Ability of labor relationship risk assessment and identification in the company's management system.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced English.
- Jr or mid-experience in a similar position with HR or PM focus.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Advance Data Analytics.
- HR Global Tools knowledge.
- MS project, advanced Excel.
