Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking for an Indirect Procurement Coordinator located in Tczew, Poland.

This position will report to the Regional Commodity Manager Indirect. Indirect Procurement Coordinator role involves establishing partnerships and building relationships with suppliers and service providers.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Establishing cooperation and building relationships with suppliers and service providers while maintaining standards consistent with the requirements of the Flex global purchasing policy
  • Quoting non-production materials and services, including coordinating tenders
  • Negotiating with suppliers to develop the best business solutions
  • Selecting procurement channels for materials and services to ensure the best level of service and cost optimization
  • Verifying and updating purchasing parameters in the ERP system
  • Collaborating with multiple departments within the company to fulfill purchase orders for both services and non-production goods
  • Ensuring the availability of non-production materials in line with current demand
  • Supporting and initiating activities and participating in projects that result in cost reduction, improved purchasing process efficiency, and the optimization of daily tasks
  • Constant liaison with suppliers and peers
  • Ongoing and close participation with cross-functional teams, the global IP team and the Flex GBS team.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in the relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in an indirect materials & services field or similar in an international company
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Polish (verbally and in writing)
  • Initiative and active participation  in price negotiations
  • Ability to communicate effectively and solve problems in an international environment
  • Ability to work in a team and provide ideas and/or solutions that optimize processes, costs, and/or work time
  • Strong focus on achieving the best possible price, quality, and on-time delivery
  • Ability to balance cost-efficiency with supplier performance and reliability
  • Enjoy working in a diverse and constantly changing setting
  • Demonstrates agility and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Quick decision-making and responsiveness under pressure
