To support our Information Technology teams and ensure the proper operation of the ServiceNow platform, we are looking to add an IT ServiceNow Support Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.


This role will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for ServiceNow, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring the continuity and improvement of services.

What a typical day looks like:

• Provide support for the ServiceNow platform, including incident, request, problem, and change management.
• Analyze, diagnose, and timely resolve ServiceNow-related incidents.
• Configure and maintain workflows, business rules, forms, catalogs, roles, and reports.
• Provide support and maintenance for ITSM modules such as Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and CMDB.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business areas to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support platform improvements, updates, patches, and deployments.
• Document configurations, procedures, and support solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices, internal policies, and ServiceNow standards.
• Act as a technical escalation point for ServiceNow-related incidents.

The experience we are looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience providing support for ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
