Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Junior Customer Service Specialist located in Wola Rakowa, Poland.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Junior Customer Service Specialist role involves managing customer orders and claims
What a typical day looks like:
- Managing customer orders and claims
- Performing analyses and reporting activities related to orders and claims
- Communicating with other departments to collect data or information
- Ensuring the quality of services meets the level expected by the customer
- Contacting customers and representing the company
- Handling daily inquiries from customers
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Excellent proficiency in English and Polish
- High personal culture, openness, ability to listen and work in a team, and good communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in working with international clients will be an advantage
- Eligibility to work in Poland (EU)
