Junior Shipping Logistics Clerk

A legfontosabb feladatok:

• Vevői igények fogadása, vizsgálata, lezárása. Kommunikáció a partnerekkel és a vevőkkel
• Szállítások nyomonkövetése, engedélyezése, státuszának frisstése és felülvizsgálata. Szállításokkal kapcsolatos dokumentumok ellenőrzése
• Riportok, jelentések elkészítése
• Szoros együttműködés a társosztályokkal
• Számlázási tevékenységek támogatása
• Logisztikai adminisztrációs feladatok ellátása

A munkakör betöltéséhez szükséges ismeretek/készségek:

• Középfokú végzettség
• Tapasztalat termelési, logisztikai vagy customer service területen előnyt jelent
• Kommunikációs szintű angol nyelvismeret szóban és írásban egyaránt
• Kiváló kommunikációs képesség az ügyfelekkel történő napi kapcsolattartás érdekében
