To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking for a Material Planning Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Materials Planning Manager, responsible for publishing and tracking production plans, material flows on the production floor and responsible for inventory control throughout the supply chain.

What a typical day looks like:

• Assists in checking data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphs, and charts based on data analysis.
• May create and/or maintain databases in support of data collection.
• Data Auditing. Questions and resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to budgets.
• Proactively identifies and raises potential parameter-related issues.
• Where appropriate, suggests process and communication improvements related to metrics tracking activities.
• Maintain content list and item master.
• Ensure scheduling efficiency with the use of CTB (Clear to Build).
• Inventory control
• Customer contact.

• Generation of Short Reports.
• Release procurement actions to purchasing team (New POs, Expedite - Push Out - Cancel PO's).
• Follow-up on critical shorts with the purchasing team.
• Management and mitigation of Excess and Obsolete items.
• Generation and sending of E&O Claim to the Client.
• 12-month Inventory projection.

The experience we are looking for to join our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Materials planning experience.
• Experience in the position of Planner scheduler or similar position.
• Negotiation power with similar areas and drive in problem solving derived from daily execution.
• Intermediate-advanced Excel.
• BaaN knowledge as a plus.
• Intermediate-advanced English.
• Logistics in material movement.
