Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an Global NPI Planning Assistant Manager located in Futian shenzhen.

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Global NPI Planning Assistant Manager role involves…

What a typical day looks like:

• This positions will work as control tower in designated NPI projects and responsible for dispatching program information (such as NPI schedules, milestones, NPI build/shipment matrix), and consolidating implementation status at NA and EMEA RPCs.
• Hosts weekly program meetings with GN program team, receive requirement, and elaborate/follow up to 3 RPCs.
• Receives project forecast (manual forecast) from GN global planner, review with 3 RPCs and finally and provides/develops global RPC Capacity plan.
• Consolidates CTB (clear to build) for 3 RPCs and provide global RPC RU plan, and consolidating and reporting Global RPCs daily production plan vs actual following up in FCS period.
• Assist RPC planner on the NPI BULK material procurement, coordinating with GN planner (if required) to expedite BULK ETD and logistic arrangement from VMI hub to RPCs.
• Assist RPC planner on the NPI tier 2 material procurement, coordinating with GN MPM (if required) to expedite the tier 2 material manufacturing lead time and transportation lead time;
• Coordinates hub sharing activities for critical / excess materials during NPI phase if necessary.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• College or above
• 10 years Planning professional in manufacturing industry, include but not limite in production planning, material planning.
• Experience working in multi-national environment
• Project Management experience
• Good English both written and speaking, Excellent communication skills.
