To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking for a Planner Scheduler located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Responsible for working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime.

What a typical day looks like:

• Daily follow-up of production plans.Supervise that deadlines are met.
• Generate production plans based on demand.
• Ensure scheduling efficiency with the use of CTB (Clear to Build).
• Work closely with production staff on accountability and productivity issues.
• Plan efficient process transaction with production staff to ensure zero downtime.
• Develop strategies and collaborate with operational teams on capacity and equipment utilization.
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final product stage.
• Follow up on Planning metrics (ITOs, E&O and Inventory Levels).
• CFT meetings.
• Contact with buyers.

The experience we are looking for to join our team:

• Completed engineering or bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of BaaN (ERP) would be a plus.
• Knowledge in plastic injection would be a plus.
• Knowledge in MRP.
• Intermediate English.
• Knowledge in Forecast.
• Intermediate Excel.
