Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an PMO Support Coordinator – IT located in Chennai location.

The role of PMO Support is critical to the overall success of the Critical Power Software Team hitting targets and achieving agreed deliverables. Working alongside the PMO lead, and Business Analyst, the role of the PMO support is to follow project management policies, processes and methods to ensure agreed timelines are met and are within scope, with the foresight of knowing upcoming targets.

Reports to the Manager, and the role involves,

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage Day to day support of the PMO lead, and Software team.

• Support project planning and milestone management.

• Ensure dependencies are managed and accurately maintained.

• Update and maintain the RAID log.

• Set-up New Projects and support tools used (MS Suite & Jira) and providing support to the Software Team as needed.

• Provide meeting support and administrative services, including taking meeting minutes and sharing them with the relevant parties.

• Ensure project documentation and tickets are up to date / maintained.

• Following up on agreed actions from meetings with team members and business Stakeholders.

• Ensure documentation is securely stored on the agreed systems and is easily assessable by the team.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Any bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, or equivalent experience.

• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role.

• General Information Technologies including Microsoft Suite.

• Strong business acumen.

• Excellent communication with the ability to build and establish relationships quickly.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills.

• Organized and systematic approach.

• Ability to remain focused and be flexible in an environment of change.

• Positive, can-do attitude with an ability to drive and empower team members. (more for a manager role)

• Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, have a strong desire to excel.

• Individuals should be dependable, flexible and motivated.

• Good collaborator and ability to work with teams across the business with others and at building credibility and trust.

• Desirable but not essential experience of working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
