The Pre-Sales Coordinator provides operational support to Customer Sales Representative, is responsible for processing orders for MOS sales, and acts as a liaison between sales and other departments.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Receive customer orders on ERP system
  • Responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed and delivered on time
  • Provides timely and accurate invoicing
  • Notifies logistics/planning of customer requests to modify delivery dates
  • Runs and reconciles applicable open order reports daily to ensure orders are flowing and issues are resolved
  • Encourages and builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with all co-workers, outside customers and vendors
  • Conducts as the public image of the company in accordance with MOS's code of conduct

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • 2+ years prior experience in a sales support, inside sales, or marketing coordination role
  • Proficient with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc)
  • Must have professional communication skills using MS office, Zoom, etc.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification.
  • Bachelor's degree in related industry
