To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
The Process Engineer Senior will be responsible for developing, optimizing and supporting manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in a high-tech production environment.

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, yield, and quality.
• Provide daily production support, troubleshooting process-related issues and driving root cause analysis.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on scrap reduction, cycle time, and productivity.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and engineering changes (ECOs) to ensure smooth production ramp-up.
• Define process parameters, work instructions, and control plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, Design) to improve manufacturability (DFM/DFT).
• Analyze process data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Support equipment validation, tooling, and process capability improvements.

• BA/BS (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or related)
• Experience in Process Engineering within manufacturing environments
• Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma)
• Knowledge of NPI, process validation, and manufacturing process controls
• Experience supporting high-mix / low-volume manufacturing
• Ability to work cross-functionally and independently
