To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Program Administrator located in Senai, Johor.

What a typical day looks like:

• This role assists with managing customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.
• Determinate required improvements on the systems, supervising its correct implementation to meet customer's requirements.
• Support customers application
• Analyze new requirements
• Write functional and technical specifications for developers
• Use skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
• Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones.
• Monitors project progress, timelines and budget constraints to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Verify newly developed processes
• Develop impromptu reports according to users' requests
• Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Possesses a Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required
• Fresh graduate will be considered
