To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Program Manager located in Mukachevo, Ukraine.

Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, the role involves guidance of a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and holding up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and customers.

What a typical day looks like:

• Interfacing with customers, including solving customer problems, building relationships, and managing escalations.

• Leading successfully small to medium-sized projects with cross-functional teams from initiation to completion in a fast-moving environment.

• Participating in project planning sessions and contributing to timelines and deliverables.

• Participating in cross-departmental teams to deliver projects or initiatives.

• Facilitating meetings between different teams to ensure alignment.

• Effectively presenting project updates to stakeholders and senior leaders.

• Preparing reports or presentations summarizing project progress and outcomes.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• 3+ years of experience of Program/project management
• Advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
• Knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.
• Detailed expertise in very complex functional/ technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas.
• Functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete understanding of the function and those of related businesses relationship skills.
