Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an IT Project Specialist located in Guadalajara, North.

Reporting to the Program Administrator Specialist role involves working on Project Management following the AIM methodology. Executive presentation, work with groups across the region and manage a project management tool.

What a typical day looks like:

• To ensure the project management life cycle

• Must present the different projects

• Presentation with executives in order to get approvals

• To coordinate resources from different teams (local, regional, or global).

• Coordinate efforts with Customer IT

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience

• Ability to present the different projects

• Ability to negotiate

• Strong and clear communication with the team

• Knowledge or infrastructure (like: Serves, storage, virtual environment)

• Intense collaboration

• Passionate customer focus

• Thoughtful, fast, disciplined execution

• Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement

• Relentless drive to win

• Nice to have AIM methodology knowledge

• Nice to have Certificated in PMP
