To support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a PTH Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the PTH Process Engineer will be responsible for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality, and delivery improvements to support a manufacturing organization.

What a typical day looks like:

• Develop and implement process improvements for PTH manufacturing.
• Analyze and troubleshoot process-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct experiments and gather data to support process optimizations.
• Train and mentor staff on PTH manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
• Document and maintain records of process parameters and changes.
• High-level participation in daily production activities and effective problem solving on daily issues.
• Prepare justification, purchase, and implement capital equipment for production.
• Oversee the production of new process equipment.
• Hold up the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs).

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS in engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in PCB manufacturing, specifically with PTH processes.
• Fluent English.
• View mate experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of plating and chemical processes used in PCB manufacturing.
• Proficiency in using CAD software and process simulation tools.
• Stencil design.
• Availability to travel.
