To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Quality Engineer located in Suzhou Wuzhong.

Reporting to the QE Leader, the Quality Engineer role involves…

What a typical day looks like:

• Focus on customer requirements and handle customer complaint.
• Participate APQP preparation in NPI stage.
• Call on quality meeting and coordinate interdepartmentally quality problem.
• Process validation during NPI.
• Prepare PPAP package.
• Improve yield rate together with engineering and production.
• Data collection and analysis for continuous improvement.
• Train inspectors inspection instruction.
• Other things from quality manager.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor degree or above in plastic, injection molding and other administration.
• Knowledge to ISO9001，IATF 16949，ISO13485 management system.
• Good communication to customer.
• Fluent English in both written and oral.
• Familiar with IQC/IPQC/FQC quality control.
• Familiar with internal audit.
• Familiar with APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA.
• Advance knowledge of Lean and six-sigma
