Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Quality Engineer located in Aguascalientes

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer be responsible to maintains quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization.

What a typical day looks like:

• Implement and document Quality inspection methods
• Quality improvements for products assigned to work with all CFT
• Manage and Training for Quality Inspectors
• Communication with Customer to provide Product Quality reports and answer on issues
• Daily Quality performance follows up together with CFT, analyzing & documenting the root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Measure effectiveness of the corrective actions implemented
• Daily meeting with quality inspectors to share tasks or feedback.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Work instruction documentation knowledge. 
• Root cause analysis processes knowledge
• Statistical tools and Windows office programs knowledge
• People management knowledge.
• English communication knowledge.
• Worked on Product Quality / Product Inspection
• Worked on Fail Safe Tools (Poka-yokes)
• Worked on Manufacturing processes
• Worked on Quality Systems Audit.
