Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Buyer located in Shanghai Waigaoqiao.
Reporting to the Buyer Leader the Senior Buyer role involves in This role involves outsourcing procurement and GBS procurement follow up.
What a typical day looks like:
- 协助经理管理海外供应商
- 协助经理和公司海外采购中心交流互动
- 根据MRP制定交货计划。
- 签发订单并跟踪订单状态。
- 向供应商发布相关预测并跟踪他们。
- 推动供应商100％准时交货。
- 保持合理的库存水平。
- 及时处理不合格品，防止废弃库存的发生。
- 采购商品出现问题时，积极解决并及时升级上报。
- 完成经理交代的其他任务。
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- 大专及以上学历。
- 优秀的英文听说读写能力
- 5年以上的外企制造业采购相关经验
- 具有丰富的采购经验和较强的沟通能力。
- 熟练使用ERP系统及办公软件。
