To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Developer - IT in Chennai, India.

What a Typical Day Looks Like:

• Custom Tasks Development (Eclipse and Java).
• TRIRIGA Application development and Support all Defined Technical / User related issues.
• Ensure adequate monitoring and controls are in place to maintain solution stability.
• Establish clear communication channels and feedback mechanisms with customers, peers, and cross-functional teams.
• Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely reviews with stakeholders.
• Focus on minimizing Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) while performing root cause analysis to increase Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
• Ensure system compliance regarding security and SOX requirements.
• Make decisions on administrative or operational matters to ensure effective achievement of objectives.

The Experience We're Looking to Add to Our Team:

• 5-7 years of experience with IBM TRIRIGA and IT.
• Deep knowledge of TRIRIGA platform tools, including Form Builder, Data Modeler, Report Manager, and Workflow Builder.
• Deep knowledge in TRIRIGA application upgrades and implementation of data integrations.
• Familiarity with Real Estate (Contracts, Lease Liability), Operations and Maintenance (Job Plans, Service Requests), and UX Perceptive (Google Polymer, JavaScript).
• Proficiency in BIRT Reporting and Custom Tasks development using Eclipse and Java.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, and job schedulers.
• Experience with supporting ETL processes and tuning TRIRIGA application components.
• Bachelor's in Engineering (BE), or any other equivalent qualification.
• TRIRIGA Developer Certification is a "Nice to Have."
• Good exposure to MSSQL, Oracle SQL
