To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Executive - Material Planning in Flex, Bangalore, India.

The Material Planner for Repair Operations is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective planning, scheduling, of materials required for repair operations.

What a typical day looks like:

• Involves coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with various departments to meet production and repair schedules.
• Aims to optimize material availability while minimizing costs and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, Prepare and execute purchase orders and releases.
• Manage transactional interaction with suppliers.
• Assure proper accounts are charged for purchased materials, and work with accounting and end users to reconcile discrepancies
• Develop and implement material requirements planning (MRP) for repair operations.
• Create detailed material forecasts and schedules based on production and repair demand.
• Monitor and adjust plans to accommodate changes in repair schedules, customer demands, and      inventory levels.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support repair operations without overstocking.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Implement inventory control measures to reduce excess and obsolete stock
• Analyze material usage trends and adjust planning parameters accordingly.
• Generate regular reports on material availability, inventory levels, and procurement performance.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree / Any graduation
• Experience: 3-5 yrs. Procurement / Supply Chain
• Experience in Supply chain, Manufacturing, Procurement / Material Planning with Service parts planning experience can be repair or for new ones as well, Order fulfillment & Management.
