Summary:

The “Senior Electronics Reliability Engineer” will be based in Zhuhai.

The Electronics Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, durability, and performance of electronic components, circuits, and systems throughout their lifecycle. This role involves designing and implementing reliability tests, analyzing failure modes, and collaborating with design teams to improve product robustness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics, statistical analysis, and reliability methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Discussion with D&E department on electronic product test plan.
• Quote each test items and manpower cost base on customer/ D&E test protocols.
• Provide Leadtime plan base on equipment and manpower.
• Understand all the customer test protocols and create flex internal WI files.
• Lead and cooperate with supplier to manufacture auto-tester (Quotation, delivery etc.).
• Lead and cooperate with Security, 3rd party Lab and PM to perform outside test.
• Perform the electronic function test with different tools (Oscilloscope, E-load, power supplier, Current/voltage meter etc.).
• Understand failure mechanism on electronic circuit/ components and mechanical parts.

Qualifications:

• Education:  Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related fields.
• Experience: 3+ years in reliability engineering, preferably in electronics products.
• Hands-on experience with reliability testing equipment (thermal chambers, vibration testers, etc.).  
• Strong knowledge of electronic components (ICs, PCBs, sensors, power systems).  
• Ora English is priority.
• Better to understand/operate Radio Frequency test.
