To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Manager, Program Management.
The Senior Manager, Program Management for our Embedded Power organization drives the NPI and product industrialization process, maintenance for mass production process, phase-in/phase-out process support as well as after sales process if needed. Meanwhile, Senior Manager, Program Management is driving ECO ( engineering change order) end-to end process incl .product change, production process (incl. equipment) management etc.. The role manages the initial prototypes, equipment/fixtures, supply chain, and quality through various development builds up to mass production release achieving the targeted UPH and Yield and continuous support global sites until product end of life. The Senior Manager, Program Management works closely with the R&D project managers, various engineering disciplines, operations and coordinates the other functions (Product Engineering, Process Engineering, and Test Development) to successfully realize the product release to Mass Production and take some continues support. Meanwhile, Reporting to the Senior Manager, Program Management is a team of Project Managers/product change leaders assigned to products undergoing the product life cycle.
What a typical day looks like:
Provide feedback to R&D, Test Development and Operations through the DFX process and reviews
Manages the Proto, EVT, DVT, PVT builds in multiple facilities/regions
Arrange sample delivery logistics with internal and external stakeholders
Manages DoEs (Design of Experiment) during the development and PRQs (Post Ramp Qualifications) as needed after the product has been released to Mass Production
Drive teams to solve build issues originating in design, process, materials, equipment or test
Coordinate with R&D on the RYG BOM and drive the NPI build materials
Manage the budget, schedule and execution of the Unique Production Equipment and fixtures in combination with the Test Development and CapEx teams
Oversees the governance mechanisms of FPLC as it relates to the builds
Facilitate Operations planning for NPI and eventual Mass Production in terms of Man/Machine/Materials/Method
Manage product change and production process change implementation globally with full traceability
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Typically requires a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in NPI/Industrialization/Product life cycle management, or a similar role.
Typically requires a minimum of 5-10 years people leader experience
Industry experience in ODM is a must.
Strong understanding of manufacturing and development environments
Ability to efficiently work in a fast moving multi site / multi geography environments
To be both a team leader and an individual contributor
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
