Job Responsibility:

• Produce new product process flow/operation manual/MPP/PFMEA and other reports
• Support new product production line setup, system process tracking planning and verification
• New product trial production/DOE tracking, defect analysis, cause investigation, providing improvement measures and optimizing key parameters
• Collect production data and improve product process yield and efficiency

Job requirements:

• Bachelor or above, majoring in electrical/mechanical engineering or related fields
• Have 5 years or more of work experience in introducing/manufacturing new power products
• Familiar with IPC-610 standard, PCBA or related electronic product manufacturing standards and process flow
• Good English reading and writing skills, with priority given to listening and speaking abilities
