To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Supplier Quality Engineer located in Suzhou Suqian.

Reporting to the Supplier Quality Manager the Supplier Quality Engineer role involves…

What a typical day looks like:

• 建立与供应商质量相关的要求。Establish requirements related to supplier quality.
• 供应商评估和材料认证。Supplier evaluation and material qualification.
• 供应商绩效跟踪，问题解决和供应商质量改进。Supplier performance tracking, issue resolution and supplier quality improvement.
• 协助处理不合格品，减少不合格品对生产计划的影响。Support to handle nonconforming material, reduce the impact of nonconforming material on production plan.
• 为进货检验和其他相关部门提供技术支持。Provide technical support to IQA and other related departments.
• 上级安排的其他工作。Other work assigned by superior.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• 专科或以上学历，机电一体化专业优先考虑 College or above
• 3年以上SQE, 制程工艺或是制程质量管理经验。Minimum 3 years' experience in SQE/PE/PQE .
• 具备医疗器械质量管理体系要求的经验或知识(例如: YY/T0287/ISO13485或同等水平)，ISO9000/ISO13485审核员认证优先考虑。Experience or Knowledge of medical device quality management system requirement (for example: YY/T0287/ISO13485 or equivalent). ISO9000/ISO13485 auditor certification is preferred.
• 熟悉产品装配,金属件和注塑件的工艺流程。Be familiar with sub-assembly , metal and plastics production process.
• 较强的工业技术规范知识。Strong industrial technical specification knowledge.
• 能够进行供应商审核和评估。Be able to implement supplier audit and supplier assessment.
• 良好的中英文沟通和表达能力。Good communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
• 良好的解决问题的能力。Good Problem-solving skills.
