To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Supplier Quality Engineer located in Suzhou Suhong.

Reporting to the Supplier Quality Manager the Supplier Quality Engineer role involves…

What a typical day looks like:

• 供应商评估。Supplier evaluation.
• 材料认证。Material qualification.
• 供应商绩效排名，问题解决和供应商质量持续改善。Supplier performance ranking, issue resolution and supplier quality continues improvement.
• 管理不合格品评审委员会 (MRB)，对不合格品进行处理。Manage defective material review board (MRB) for disposition of non-conforming material.
• 推动供应商采取纠正措施，将不合格品对生产计划的影响降到最低。Drive supplier corrective actions minimize non-conforming material impact on production schedules.
• 为IQA和其他相关部门提供技术支持。Provide technical support to IQA and other related departments

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• 专科或以上学历，机电一体化专业优先考虑 College or above
• 2年或以上电子料件（IC/主被动电子元器件/线缆/连接器等）SQE, 制程工艺或是制程质量管理经验。Minimum 2 years' SQE/PE/PQE experience in Electronic Components.
• 具备供应商审核经验，能够对供应商进行审核和评估。Experience in supplier audit, be able to conduct supplier audit and supplier assessment.
• 熟悉质量工具，如SPC, MSA, CPK，并能利用它们进行材料问题的解决。Know quality tools such as: SPC, MSA, CPK, and can utilize them to perform material trouble shooting.
• 良好的沟通能力和合作意愿。Good communication skill & cooperated aspiration.
• 良好的英语读写能力。Good English skill in written & oral.
