To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to hire Telecom Expense Management Analyst who is based out of in Chennai location reporting to Manager.

What a typical day looks like:

• Data Analysis: Analyze telecom inventory and billing data; generate actionable reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Invoice Management: Validate telecom invoices, resolve vendor and accounts payable queries, and ensure timely  payments.
• Indirect Procurement: Coordinate renewals and orders for IT hardware, software and support contracts.
• Stakeholder Support: Address stakeholder queries with prompt and effective resolution.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
  Strong business communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred knowledge in:
• Indirect procurement (IT hardware, software and support contracts)
  Network services billing
• Quick learner with adaptability to handle diverse tasks.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
• Preferred 1 to 2 years of experience.
• Indirect procurement – IT Hardware and Software
• Invoice Validation – Network and Telecom services
• Excel-based reporting and analysis
