Position Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for responding to inbound contact with existing customers, facilitating orders, and following up on order timelines. The Inside Sales Representative must have experience and understanding of wheel fitments for popular trucks, SUVs, and UTVs.

The secondary focus is to explain technical product or service information to customers, contact customers to promote products or services, recommend products to customers and answer customer questions and advise them about products or services. The Inside Sales Representative is also responsible for order entry and maintenance of customer account information.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Process inbound calls in a call center environment
  • Process customer order entries and track orders through to completion
  • Process and update purchase orders
  • Conduct follow-up calls with existing customers to ensure satisfaction or gather feedback.
  • Perform day to day tasks with solid organizational and multitasking skills to accomplish objectives within deadlines

  • Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Position Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma

Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales in the wheel industry.
  • 2+ years' wheel & tire sales experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong computer skills and understanding of spreadsheet software
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

- Long periods of sitting

- Lifting up to 25 lbs.
