Description
The Associate Human Resources Generalist supports the HR department at our corporate headquarters in Grand Rapids, MI. Position would be hybrid, working primarily from home but partially from our downtown office.
Your Day to Day:
Essential job duties include, but are not limited to, assisting in the hiring process by ensuring new hires meet compliance requirements, maintaining the HR system and any associated duties, updating and maintaining personnel records and information for payroll and reporting purposes, and providing general support to the department.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with two or more years of related experience and/or training.
