As a Director of Student Services, you'll play a key role in shaping each student's academic path, guiding families through enrollment, and ensuring they have an unforgettable, life-changing experience. Please note: Not all campuses serve grades 4 and 5, and specific details will be shared during the interview process. 

 

What You'll Do: 

 

  • Partner with each student and their family to create a personalized plan that supports their goals.
  • Build and manage schedules that bring our 1-to-1 education model to life. 
  • Guide each family through the contract, enrollment, and re-enrollment process. 
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to set each student up for success. 
  • Champion the student experience while supporting your campus's growth and success. 

What We're Looking For:

 

  • Bachelor's degree (required) — preferably in education, business, or a related field. 
  • Background in education, counseling, or academic planning is a plus. 
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills. 
  • A problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, student-focused environment.

Pay Range

USD $67,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
