Every detail matters here, and as Office Manager, you will create a celebrity experience for all, making our campus feel welcoming, organized, and inspiring. You'll be the friendly face at the front desk, the organizer behind the scenes, and the go-to support for staff, families, and students. Barnstable Academy is affiliated with Fusion Education Group. 

 

What You'll Do:  

  • Create a warm, professional first impression and ongoing celebrity experience for all visitors.  
  • Keep campus operations running smoothly — including records, student medications, supply orders,  & communications.  
  • Support events like Graduation, Prom, and Teacher Appreciation Week.  
  • Help maintain a safe, organized, and aesthetically inviting campus.  

 

What We're Looking For:  

  • Bachelor's degree (required).  
  • Experience in administration, education, or customer service.  
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.  
  • A positive, detail-oriented presence that makes others feel supported  
  • Florida residents require level 2 background screening through https://info.flclearinghouse.com/.

Pay Range

USD $55,000.00 - USD $60,000.00 /Yr.
