Fusion Education Group is a fast-growing organization with a nationwide network of private middle and high schools for grades 4–12. We're seeking an experienced strategic leader to build and advance our Talent & People Development function. This Vice-President executive will partner closely with Human Resources and senior leadership to develop the strategies, programs, and capabilities that help us attract, develop, engage, and retain exceptional talent across the organization. This is an opportunity to shape the future of leadership development, learning, organizational effectiveness, culture, and talent strategy within a growing, mission-driven organization. 

 

 What You'll Do

  • Lead the enterprise Talent & People Development strategy. 
  • Partner with HR to strengthen recruiting processes, workforce planning, and leadership hiring. 
  • Lead documentation, employee learning management system, onboarding, leadership development, and learning programs. 
  • Expand digital learning, eLearning, and leadership development opportunities. 
  • Build succession planning, career pathing, mentoring, and high-potential talent programs. 
  • Partner with executives to align talent strategies with business priorities. 
  • Use metrics and data to improve recruiting, learning effectiveness, leadership readiness, and organizational capability. 
  • Help foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and leadership excellence. 

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

 

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related fields. 
  • Experience developing enterprise talent and leadership strategies. 
  • Strong background in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and change management. 
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), enterprise knowledge base, eLearning platforms, and digital learning technologies. 
  • Executive presence with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. 
  • Ability to influence across functions and translate business strategy into talent strategy.

Pay Range

USD $160,000.00 - USD $190,000.00 /Yr.
