  • Lead through Field HR's Mission and Vision Statement
  • Collaborates with management to provide guidance, improve work relationships, build morale, to increase productivity and retention. 
  • Develops and maintains productive, informative, and respectful relationships that support achievement of business focused results with assigned departments.
  • As necessary, partner with ER Team, Legal, COEs and key business partners to provide advice, insight and guidance on HR matters.

  • Participate with strategic work groups in the development and administration of benefits programs, compensation structures, compliance and reporting functions, performance management, talent acquisition, new hire orientation, and employee relations.

  • Act as liaison to COE's and field leadership team in order to drive health and wellness initiatives Act as a subject matter expert in associate focused policies programs and operational processes including, but not limited to staffing and scheduling, LOA and worker's compensation to ensure a motivated and productive workforce.
  • Ensure the company has effective workforce planning and talent acquisition efforts to support growth. This includes developing programs to identify, assess, recruit, develop, onboard, and retain key talent at all levels.

  • Translate business strategies and goals into human capital initiatives that ensure that all associates have the skill sets and compensation systems necessary to support their success.
  • Actively monitor/analyze company metrics and data in effort to identify trends and/or recommend proactive solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in employment law and industry trends to minimize risk and maximize profitability.
  • Communicates change management initiatives to minimize resistance to change.
  • Partner to develop and drive regional engagement strategy. Manage the region's associate engagement strategies to create alignment with operational excellence processes while also creating a great place to work environment.

  • Develop human resource models to identify competency, knowledge, and talent gaps and develop specific programs for filling the gaps. Launch cost-effective and strategically aligned training and development programs to retain associates.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience:
  • Minimum of eight years' experience in Human Resources or multi-unit leadership
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree, HR certification, SHRM-SCP, SPHR preferred, or equivalent experience.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate with customers and associates. Requires 75% travel over a large geographical area and standing and moving for an entire shift.
Availability:
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends as necessary to meet the needs of the business. Regular travel required. Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.
