Job Summary This position is responsible for supporting Sales Executives or Account Management executives in the prospecting, acquiring or renewing business.This position is also responsible for training/mentoring 14 Marketing Service Reps within the department. Support management including leading or participating in special projects / initiatives.
This is a Hybrid role, working three days per week in Houston, TX office and two days per week remotely.
Required Job Qualifications:
- 2 years of work experience as a health care management Marketing Service Representative OR 5 years of experience in combination of sales / marketing / health insurance experience involving processing and coordination of services for health care clients.
- Knowledge of group health products, comparing benefits, and implementation process.
- Possess Life and Health State Health Insurance Licenses or obtain Life and Health State Health Insurance.
- Licenses for the state of operations within 90 days of starting in role.
- Interpersonal skills to interact professionally with both internal and external contacts.
- Analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience with sales databases.
