This position is responsible for planning, leading, and managing the activities of a People Analytics team that delivers strategic, data-driven insights to support HR and enterprise-wide workforce initiatives. The role involves guiding analysis of complex workforce challenges using data from internal systems and external benchmarks, delivering actionable insights related to talent management, organizational effectiveness, diversity, engagement, and workforce planning. This leader will partner closely with HR and business leaders to translate workforce data into decisions that drive employee experience, productivity, and business outcomes. Responsibilities include setting priorities, coaching team members, fostering analytical rigor, and ensuring alignment with enterprise values and HR strategy.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Psychology, Economics, or related field OR 4 years of equivalent experience.
• 5 years experience delivering analytics insights to internal or external stakeholders, with emphasis on HR, talent, or workforce domains.
• 5 years experience working with data analysis and reporting in HRIS, survey platforms, or business intelligence tools.
• 2 years leadership or team management experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Excellent decision-making, analytical thinking, and storytelling abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced degree (e.g. I/O Psychology, MBA, MS in Analytics).
• Experience managing or mentoring analytics professionals.
• Background in people strategy, talent analytics, or workforce planning.
• Familiarity with predictive modeling, data visualization, or statistical analysis methods.
• Project Management experience or certification.
• Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Power Point, Workday, or equivalent platforms.
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $180,700.00
