Job Summary This position is responsible for managing programs and projects that support Illinois Health Care Delivery goals and objectives; partnering with stakeholders in developing and managing to the needs of the Division, significant project management, monitoring performance against Division goals and objectives, meeting/town hall facilitation, and developing communications or other deliverables that support Division programs, initiatives and efforts.

This position is Hybrid/Flex, meaning working in the downtown Chicago office three days per week and remotely two days per week.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree and at least 5 years of business experience required.
  • Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a position requiring project or program management skills.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to audiences at the management level.
  • MS Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint required.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in related field (e.g. MPH, MBA).
  • Health insurance or health care industry experience strongly preferred.
