This position is responsible for creating reports, insights, and analytics in support of the Individual & Family Markets division. It will focus on marketing analytics that will be used to optimize marketing performance in sales, retention, and cost of care. Work includes building dashboards and reports in Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel, pulling data needed for analyses via SQL, apply statistical analysis to determine effectiveness of marketing campaigns or optimal marketing mix, and forecasting results from marketing campaigns. This position will also provide analytical support to the Individual & Family Market's Telesales team, evaluating vendor performance and marketing campaign impacts on call volumes and sales.Required Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor Degree and 2 year experience in data analysis and information reporting data OR 4 year experience in data analysis and information reporting data.
*Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures to solve routine or basic problems.
*Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
*Solve complex problems with guidance.
*Produce data sets and reports for analysis using SQL/ Teradata, Excel, or other reporting tools.
*Verify accuracy of reports and provide insights.
*Work with both internal and external data.
*Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals.
*Learn needed skills by performing assigned work.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
*Experience with marketing campaigns and/or data analysis techniques.
*Knowledge of AI tools and how to integrate them into the processes is a plus.
Compensation: $60,300.00 - $133,400.00
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
