Job Summary This Position Is Responsible For Budget And Compliance Activities For Indian Health Service (Ihs) Purchased Referred Care (Prc) Fiscal Intermediary (Fi) Department. Budgeting Responsibilities Include Preparation Of Multi-Year Budgets, Expense Tracking, Detailed Invoice Preparation, Budget Monitoring, Variance Analysis, And Impact Analysis. Compliance Responsibilities Include Coordinating And Responding To Internal Control And Compliance Reviews; Coordinating External Reviews; Initiating And Conducting Compliance Reviews; Monitoring And Coordinating The Report Certification Process; Reviewing Federal Acquisition Regulations (Far) To Ensure Compliance, Monitoring Contracts; Developing Tools/Processes; And Being A Liaison With Enterprise Partners, Tribal Entities, And Federal Agencies.

REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Bachelor Degree and 2 years experience in contract administration

PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in government contracts
