Job Summary This Business Lead is responsible for leading pharmacy product cross-functional teams in identifying pharmacy product opportunities in new and complex emerging markets by working with sales & account management, internal teams and select resources in the incubation, ideation and presentation of product concepts, analysis, presentation, go - no go, and rapid launch of "business service" products to select customers. Leads the business rapid product process from inception to product launch for new pharmacy products.

Works across various business product teams to ensure that new products are clearly defined and that HCSC leadership has the necessary information (eg, proformas, financial analysis, internal capabilities assessment, etc.) in order to make an informed go/no go decision for product launch. Responsible for updating and maintaining the PLM process.

**This is not a technical product role - this is not a product delivery role in the technical realm.

Required Job Qualifications (must have this minimally to be considered):
*Bachelor degree in Business or Health Administration and 6 years experience in health care, health insurance, pharmacy, or strategic consulting environment OR 11 years experience in health care, health insurance, pharmacy or strategic consulting
* Experience leading, mentoring, guiding other staff.
* Experience in managed care / pharmacy product development, benefits consulting or project management.
* Experience working with corporate leadership, interfacing and communicating at all levels of the organization.
* Experience managing multiple complex priorities and a heavy workload.
* Organizational skills and detail-oriented.
* Verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Strong Project Management Skills pertaining to Product Portfolio, Product Ideation experience, Rapid product development, ability to work in a fast paced environment.

* Health insurance, healthcare or Pharmacy industry experience.
* Previous responsibility for the management of a product or product line, including development of "SERVICE" products from inception to launch, and product introduction and monitoring for success or need for reevaluating viability of the product in the market.

* Experience developing and presenting to internal and external clients.

This hybrid role requires 3 days working in the office in either Chicago, I or Richardson, TX..
