Top Painters are able to assemble to prepare, prime and paint fabricated parts used in the manufacturing process.
They accomplish this by:
- Hangs and takes parts off of automated overhead conveyors
- Sprays powder and/or liquid coatings onto prepared surfaces
- Maintains powder and/or liquid coating equipment
- Accurately reports shop floor production data via computer terminal and/or written reporting
- Follows both visual and written work instructions in order to complete assigned tasks within set time allotted
- Performs cycle counting of parts and material handling duties as required
- Supports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organization
- Adheres to all quality and safety standards
- Supports other projects and performs duties as assigned

For applications to be considered applicants MUST HAVE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1YR+ HVLP experience required or previous construction experience
- 1YR+ experience reading and understanding blueprints
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and write English, use a tape measure and use simple math
