Licensure / Certification / Registration: - Obtain and maintain BLS certification on completion of hospital orientation required. - Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license at time of hire/transfer date required. - Current ACLS or obtain within one (1) month required. - Current TNCC preferred. - Current CCRN National Certification preferred. Education: - Graduate from an accredit School of Nursing at time of hire/transfer date required. - BSN preferred. Work Experience: - Minimum of two (2) years experience in a Critical Care area within the last three (3) years required. - Successful completion of the Critical Care BKAT exam within one (1) month required. - Successful completion of ECG interpretation exam by end of orientation required. - TCAR class within one (1) year required. - Successful completion of ECCO program for all trainee positions by end of orientation required. No additional preferences.
