Certification Details
• BLS, ACLS required
• NIH Certification required
• MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, Influenza vaccinations or titers required
• TB Quantiferon test required

Job Details
• 2 plus yrs current experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIH; 1:5/1:6 ratios
• Meditech EMR
• Must have KY or compact license
• Resource must work either one major or one minor of every upcoming holiday
• Orientation is bi-weekly
• Start date on job is start date needed
• RN must reside 100 miles from facility to be considered
• Assignment confirmation needs to be loaded within 24 hrs of accepting offer
• DO NOT SUBMIT CANDIDATE TO MORE THAN ONE JOB AT A TIME

• BLS from AHA required
• ACLS required for all RNs except Psych and True Med/Surg units
• Nursys needed within 30 days of start for nursing only
• License/Certificate Verification annually or per required compact state BON
• NIH Certification required
• MMR and Varicella vaccinations or a positive titer required
• Hepatitis B vaccination series or declination can be accepted
• Annual Physical or Physician note/statement required
• Influenza Vaccine from Sept. 1st-May 31st with exemptions accepted under specific conditions
• Tdap valid for 10 years, declinations acceptable
• TB Quantiferon test within one year prior to start
